Empowering client support teams with intuitive, powerful fintech tools.

TrustHub enables analysts to easily manage large numbers of daily banking transactions, developed by Sogeti for Western Alliance Bank.

Transaction Matching

Worked with client stakeholders to gather requirements for this new feature to analyze banking transactions. Created new design patterns, using custom components, to maximize the amount of content displayed. This new tool connected two legacy systems, and automated many tasks for the bank’s team of analysts. By interviewing team members and executive stakeholders, we were able to identify the most important pieces of information out of complex tabular data, and present them in an intuitive, easy to scan layout, increasing their productivity on daily tasks to review thousands of transactions.

Style Guide

Created style guides for custom content to hand off to developers along with mockups. These would cover any colors or interactive behaviors for new components or styles used in the mockups, that were new to the UI.

Figma Component Library

Created a new component library in Figma for designers to use when building mockups. Having a library of components to use in our mockups improved consistency and productivity for our design team.
