Connecting systems with one robust tool to simplify candidate assessment tasks.

Review Portal automates many tasks, replacing legacy systems with an intuitive, AI-powered candidate assessment product, developed by Sogeti for Prometric.

Candidate & Exam Details

To make room in the UI, candidate details are displayed in a collapsible panel, so they can be moved out of the way of the video and chat log, which is the primary task on the page. These mockups were demoed and reviewed with stakeholders and development. The new, responsive components were designed in Figma following UX best practices and accessibility standards, and were developed for Angular with Material Design components.

Session Details

Session video and desktop recordings are displayed along with session chat transcripts that have been categorized using an AI-powered video analyzer. This new tool, capable of detecting anomalous actions during the video exam, like multiple people in the same room, automates many time-consuming tasks for the assessment proctor, so they can focus their attention on the most important tasks. Layout designs were iterated and user tested with client stakeholders using interactive prototypes created in Figma.
